Hi hi hello again, I am Kate, the CEO and your new biz bff for all things systems, operations, management, and admin here at Kate Dwinell Co!

To break it down, my job is not about just taking things off your plate, creating copy and paste systems, and giving vanilla support; I’m about creating a backend that supports YOU, and your business growth that saves you a HELLA amount of time and mental space! Every strategy, system, automation, and support I whip up is custom-tailored just for YOU and your business. 

Not only do I help you manage your online business and create kick a** systems but I also help you execute everything as well and I do a d*mn good job at both. 

Creator, strategist, and a do-er all in one, literally the UNICORN team member you have been looking for.

Why do I do this, you ask? Because my type-A brain loves the sh*t your type-B brain hates, lol.

But building this business hasn’t always been easy, and they’re still sure as hell not glamorous days sometimes. Owning a business is hard work and a lot of determination, but—also, oh so beautiful! 

I cry a lot but I am so productive, it’s an ART🪄 some tswizzle anyone?

Turning the clock back, I started a business in 2018 with a passion and a dream to live on my terms. If you know me, I do everything on my terms. So, when it came to my life and a job, I didn’t want to clock in on someone else’s schedule. 

I always knew I was meant to work for myself and in 2018, I jumped into the online space ALL IN to create the business of my dreams. I built a few successful businesses in a few different industries between 2018 and 2021- Health & Fitness, Network Marketing, Mindset Coaching, Business Coaching, Blogging, and a Product Based Business. 

When I had kids, that passion to take my business full time only increased because my husband was at a soul-sucking job and I had the passion and the drive to create a business that truly made an impact for my clients but also for my family. So, when I had my first daughter, Evie, everything changed.

There is one thing in my mind that I can say without a shadow of a doubt, and that is I’m a damn good mom, and I put my kids’ best interests above everything. They’re my “why”. Every decision and move is based on being the best mom I can be & creating a better life for them. Everything I have done & everything I do is for my kids to have the best life they can possibly have🤍

And once we got clear on where we wanted our lives to go, we made some big life decisions that changed EVERYTHING…

→ We cut off toxic people out of our lives to keep them away from our little family.

→ My husband left a high-paying, soul-sucking six-figure job to become a stay-at-home dad so he could homeschool them and connect daily as a family.

→ Ever since having them, my husband and I have had to do a ton of inner child healing and growth so that we could help them grow to be emotionally intelligent and happy humans.

→I worked my ass off all day, every day, for the past 5 years, to build this business that gives our family the freedom to be, to grow, to love, and to be happy wherever and whenever that may be.

So, as I sit here, I can’t help but be thankful for all those nights I didn’t quit and for the big moves and decisions I made. People thought I was crazy and that we wouldn’t make it, but I knew we would. 

My kids and husband are my “why.” They always will be. They’re my reason to keep pushing and building the life they deserve to live🤍

Running all of those businesses between 2018-2021 made me realize one major thing…

I loved and was really freaking good at managing and operating the backend, that is where I THRIVED.

And in 2022, my agency was born. 

What started as That Mama Kate Virtual Assistant services has grown, scaled, and evolved into Kate Dwinell Co, Online Business Management & Virtual Assistant services for the 6+7 figure business owners.

Our superpower is taking your chaotic mess of a business to a thriving smooth operating money-making machine.

And what I learned from working with our amazing clients, is that we are really freaking good at the things you either hate or don’t have the time to do. 

I have learned the ins and outs of loads of different industries, what works, what doesn’t, how to simplify and streamline, and just basically how to do anything and everything under the sun (minus coding, we really aren’t fans of that but everything else is typically fair game)

Basically, my business is built off of me loving to do the things you hate in your business…
