It’s been a long time coming.

The Story of Kate Dwinell Co 

Hi, I’m Kate. CEO of Kate Dwinell Co., launch systems specialist, operations strategist and mama to two little princesses who remind me every day why structure matters. 

Before Kate Dwinell Co existed, I spent years supporting brilliant 6- and 7-figure CEOs with massive vision and magnetic offers. Their businesses looked powerful from the outside: beautiful brand, packed waitlists, raving reviews. 

But behind the scenes, everything was on their shoulders. Team DMs were piling up in Slack, systems were collapsing, and operations that relied on their memory.  

I realized these women didn’t need a cute, inspirational quote or a band-aid systems fix. They needed a partner who sees the big picture, can build the structure, and carry the load so they can be the CEO they were meant to be.

What started as That Mama Kate (a VA for helping coaches stay on top of their business) evolved fast. By 2022, That Mama Kate transformed into Kate Dwinell Co, an operations agency built to create clarity, structure, and sustainable systems.

We’ve since supported dozens of high-achieving coaches through launches, growth, and operations overhauls, but one thing became clear: 

Our brand was too small for the level of work we were doing.

Why We Rebranded

When Kate Dwinell Co. massively evolved in strategy and sophistication, our brand…didn’t. 

The visuals didn’t match the precision of our builds. The messaging didn’t have the steadiness or strategic backbone we bring to our clients. 

And the vibe? It didn’t communicate what people say after working with us: 

• “I can’t even describe how much of a weight that takes off!” 
• “I finally feel like I’ve got someone in my corner who has got my back in running the business.”

Our clients weren’t just getting support; they were getting clarity, calm, and control of their business again.

So we rebuilt it.
